Dream Tank has collected your online information for the purpose of getting your consent. Dream Tank would like to collect the following information from your child for the purposes of registration, payment, and participation in the Dream Tank experience:

- Phone number
- Payment information
Parents: Your parental consent is required for the collection, use, and disclosure of your child’s information. Your child’s information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold to third parties and/or advertisers. Dream Tank’s privacy policy can be accessed here. If you do not reply with your decision regarding consent within a reasonable time, Dream Tank will delete the parent’s online contact information from its records.
Per COPPA regulations, your consent is given when you use the following forms of payment to purchase access to the Dream Tank experience: credit card, debit card, or other online payment system that provides notification of each separate translation to the account holder. Dream Tank honors the ongoing rights of parents with respect to personal information collected from their children. At any time, you have the right to contact Dream Tank to request the following: Request that Dream Tank give parents a way to review the personal information collected from their child. Request that Dream Tank give parents a way to revoke their consent and refuse the further use or collection of personal information from their child. Request that Dream Tank delete their child’s personal information.
